Meet Tina & Jodi
We’re sisters from the Pacific Northwest who grew up with horses, houseboats, and open horizons. We believe in places that feel relaxed, real, and easy to settle into.
Heartwood Flagstaff is our shared vision for what this place could be: welcoming, grounded, and homegrown.
When we chose to redesign Kit Carson RV Park, we didn’t want to make it flashy or overdone. We wanted it to feel like home. The kind of place where you can slow down, open a bottle of wine, put on a little Kenny Chesney, and enjoy the people around you.
From Road Stop to Mountain Community
Once known as Kit Carson RV Park, Heartwood Flagstaff is now a modern mix of shaded RV campsites and year-round cabin living, tucked beneath the Ponderosa pines, just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and NAU, and about an hour from Grand Canyon Village.
Flagstaff RV Camping Meets Custom Park Model Home Living
What began as a simple RV park along America's most famous highway has become something unexpected. Today, Heartwood offers shaded RV camping in Flagstaff along with low-maintenance, customizable cabins for sale, built for slow mornings, cooler air, and that long-overdue exhale. Heartwood Flagstaff has created space for both passing through and putting down roots.
Heartwood Community Values
