• Change/cancel 8+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
• Change/cancel 3–7 days before arrival: One night's deposit kept
• Change/cancel within 48 hours or no-show: No refund
• All change/cancelations must be made or requested through Firefly on the reservation portal
• Early departures cannot be refunded for any reason

Yes, for a $20 fee. If your requested site becomes unavailable, we'll refund the full $20.

RV’s older than 10 years for overnight stays up to 14 days, may be approved by contacting us with recent exterior pictures of all four sides emailed to camping@heartwoodflagstaff.com. Allow 5 business days for review. All other length of stays must be 10 years or newer.

All sites have full hookups: water, 50 AMP-electric, and sewer.

No tents allowed on Heartwood RV Resort property.

Overnight stays up to 14 days, two pets per site limit with a $10 per pet, per reservation fee, see pet policy below for more details.

• Dog breed restrictions: Chows, Dobermans, German Shepard, Rottweilers, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs and Pit Bulls.
• Pets must be under control at all times. Pets must never be unattended outside the RV. Pets shall be restrained on a leash at all times while outdoors. Leaving a free running, tethered or kenneled/caged dog unattended is prohibited. Pet kennels or other pet structures may not be kept outside. Guests agree to adhere to local pet ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements. Pets may only be left alone inside your RV only if your pet does not disturb other tenants. Pets will not make excessively disturbing noises, including but not limited to howling, barking, or crying which causes discomfort to other tenants. Guests agree to clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly. To prevent attracting wildlife, your pet’s food bowls may not be left outside. Guests agree to provide their pet with regular health care, including mandatory
• vaccines and present current proof of rabies inoculation if requested. No bathing or washing pet in restroom facilities. 
• All overnight guests with pets must sign the pet policy attached to your Firefly reservation before check-in.

Yes. All daytime visitors must follow RV resort policies. Daytime visitors may park at visiting site, two cars total per site at all times. No visitors after 10 PM.

Maximum six total occupants per site, base rate includes 4 occupants. All occupants staying overnight count toward occupancy limit, regardless of age and must be registered in Firefly reservation. Extra occupant fee is $5 per occupant per night. The RV must accommodate all occupant safely and within any fire/safety codes.

You must arrive by 10 PM (May–September) or 8 PM (October–April).

All reservation check-in and check-outs occur within the Firefly reservation portal. You may also use the QR code at your camp site to check-in and check-out.

Propane fire pits only. Open fires, charcoal grills, wood-burning fire pits, and fireworks are prohibited.

Heartwood RV resort is a 100% smoke-free property. The use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e- cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, or any other smoking substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

We don't accept mail or packages, but PO boxes are available at the post office and Amazon lockers are nearby. We'll provide details at check-in.
